Job description

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $21.10 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Position Responsibilities - You Will:
  1. Assist stacking crew in assembling orders by moving product around on the dock, stacking cases, and stretch wrapping.
  2. Deliver and return packaging supplies to and from the packaging room and document amounts.
  3. Use forklift to move materials, help unload trucks, and move fiber to and from storage for printing.
  4. Transport product to and from truck staging, including high-stacking and retrieving high-stacked product from rack systems, and placing product in flow-through racks.
  5. Ensure trailer hook (Dok Lok) is engaged or trailer wheels are choked before loading/unloading. Set ramp and change lights to indicate trailer status.
  6. Load and unload trailers, sometimes manually.
  7. Fasten stacking aids to incoming product and remove from outgoing product.
  8. Transport fiber and other materials throughout the plant and accessory buildings.
  9. Complete paperwork related to forklift operation.
  10. Change truck batteries and follow proper battery room procedures.
  11. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Position Qualifications - You Have:
  1. Forklift Certification
  2. Ability to work in varying temperatures
  3. Lift up to 50 pounds, standing and sitting for up to 12 hours
  4. Ability to communicate in English (read, write, speak)
