Job description

Join to apply for the Material Handler 3rd shift role at Westrock Coffee Company.

The Material Handler supports the Single Serve personnel and is responsible for various production duties including moving inventory (raw and finished), staging machines with proper materials, and stacking and wrapping finished goods on pallets.

Primary Job Duties:

1. Arrive 15 minutes early to shift to receive work instructions from Single Serve Leadership.
2. Accurately interpret work orders and instructions to ensure proper materials and specifications.
3. Ensure all machines are staged with adequate materials for work orders.
4. Assist in supporting Operations Support team members during lunch and breaks.
5. Execute material changeovers on select machines throughout the shift.
6. Complete all required quality checks and paperwork accurately.
7. Move raw materials into the production area and finished materials to the shipping area.
8. Operate electric or manual pallet jacks safely and proficiently.
9. Stack finished goods cases onto pallets following required patterns.
10. Stretch wrap and secure pallets for shipping.
11. Maintain cleanliness of work area, machines, and equipment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
13. Comply with company policies, safety, and GMP standards.
14. Follow safety procedures, including wearing PPE.
15. Perform duties safely and monitor areas for safety compliance.
