The Dexcom Logistics and Distribution team is focused on maintaining a safe, scalable, and efficient logistics network that prioritizes customer success. Our team strives to ensure a smooth flow of goods, contributing directly to business success and customer satisfaction. Where you come in:

  • Perform warehouse tasks such as receiving, shipping, and inventory control following safety and quality standards.
  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (e.g., forklift, reach truck) for material handling.
  • Investigate and resolve logistics issues within planning and warehouse systems.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping via communication tools.
  • Drive process improvements collaboratively with team members and partners.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new and existing team members.
  • Address customer inquiries with follow-up responses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during 12-hour shifts.
  • At least 1 year of experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners or computers.
  • Experience operating powered industrial vehicles (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
  • Valid driving record.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem recognition and solving skills.

Travel Required: 0-5%

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills: Effective communication in English, including reading, writing, and verbal skills necessary for safety, procedures, and teamwork.

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, handling materials, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other physical activities as described.

Work Environment: Exposure to moving parts, chemicals, outdoor conditions, bright lights, fast-paced settings, and noise.
