Job summary

GNC is seeking a Material Handler to support its distribution center operations in a fast-paced environment. You will load and unload trailers, use the Red Prairie WMS and RF scanners to track materials, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 3+ months in material handling. OSHA-based safety standards apply, and candidates must be able to operate PIT equipment and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 3+ months of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Move product through the distribution center by loading and unloading trailers.
• Operate the warehouse management system to record movements and transactions.
• Maintain forklift certification and safely operate PIT equipment.
• Verify material weights and quantities for shipments.
• Prepare goods for shipment with proper documentation (POs, BOLs, receipts).
• Rotate through different Material Handler functions as needed and follow SOPs.
