Shift : Monday - Friday, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Rate : $18.50 / hour

Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks) : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Note : Some overtime may be required, including flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts based on production demand.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to support our shipping, receiving, and material transfer operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory tracking, and timely support of the production line. Training will be provided on an earlier shift for the first two weeks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials.
  • Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, racks, trucks, and other containers.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming deliveries, including quantity and quality checks.
  • Open bales, crates, and packaging to prepare for processing.
  • Weigh materials / products and record weights using appropriate tags or production systems.
  • Transfer packaging materials between the main warehouse and satellite warehouse using forklift or truck.
  • Assist with unloading trucks and receiving materials into the system.
  • Maintain production line stock levels with required packaging materials.
  • Deliver finished goods from production to the warehouse and wrap pallets for shipping.
  • Organize and store materials per company standards (racks, shelves, bins).
  • Return excess inventory from production to warehouse.
  • Perform inventory movements and updates in the ERP system.
  • Use ERP system for Shipping, Receiving, and Material Transfer documentation.

Requirements :

  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
  • Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert lbs, if applicable], stand for long periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
