Join to apply for the Material Handler 2nd shift $17 - $31.00 role at Ryko Solutions

This role will start with a 5AM - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday schedule, then transition to 3:15PM - 1:45AM Monday to Thursday as we go into production with the incremental shift.

Night Shift Differential: $2.00/hour

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution. You will contribute to the orderly operation of stock and materials storage areas.

Job Duties
  • Maintain a safe forklift driving record
  • Safely load/unload NCS parts and materials throughout the facility
  • Complete forklift inspections and communicate maintenance needs
  • Use replenishment reports to restock parts in the warehouse
  • Follow cycle count programs for accurate inventory
  • Handle picking, packing, auditing, and shipping activities
  • Match shipment paperwork accurately
  • Assist team members in locating missing or misplaced items
  • Properly dispose of scrap materials
  • Pull materials and in-process parts for work orders, update records
  • Post transactions accurately when moving products
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Organize and keep the facility clean
  • Work outside in various weather conditions, loading and unloading materials
  • Follow safety policies in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local laws
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of forklift driving experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with MRP systems and scanners is preferred
  • Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Perform physical activities such as stooping, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Sit for prolonged periods if required
