Pay, benefits and more:

The hourly pay rate for this is $22.00. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more or less than the posted rate, and this rate is only applicable for jobs performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for hourly shift differential. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
• Use hand trucks, conveyors, or other material handling equipment
• Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting, or counting products
• Verify orders, label products, and use a handheld scanner
• Adhere to the 7S program
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Work safely to protect yourself and your team members

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• The ability to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents

It'd be great if you also have:

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• A positive attitude and teamwork skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
• Perform bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Handle tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
