Job summary

Trelleborg in Menomonie, Wisconsin, is seeking a Material Handler to support production by moving physical and electronic inventory, staging resins and components, and ensuring traceability with labels and visual controls. The role requires a High School diploma, good English communication, forklift experience preferred, and familiarity with ISO and Good Documentation Practices.

You will operate presses as needed and help maintain a clean, safe work area while complying with ERP systems such as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use weight counting scales.
• Self-starter and requires minimal supervision.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred).
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to legally drive 24’ box truck.
• Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation Practices.
• General computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Physical and electronic inventory moves within the facilities

• Setup of color concentrate loaders per procedure
• Reconcile resins and components when work order finishes, relabel and return to warehouse physically and electronically.
• Maintain a clean work area including material staging area and warehouse
• Troubleshoot material issues.
• Support physical inventory as needed.
• Operate presses as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
