Job summary

Enovis Corporation is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift at the Fort Worth distribution site. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and moving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing items for shipment.

You will work under supervision in a warehouse environment and participate in 5S and safety initiatives. Ideal candidates have 0–1 years of experience, basic data-entry skills, and proficiency with Outlook and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–1 years of experience.
• Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices and keep records of received goods.
• Move or lift heavy items and operate equipment to transfer materials to designated locations.
• Store materials in assigned locations and track inventory in the system.
• Inspect stock and distribute materials to manufacturing lines; monitor inventory integrity and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare goods for final shipment and maintain records of shipments; participate in audits and 5S Lean activities.
• Report problems to supervisor; comply with safety culture and continuous improvement efforts.

Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, duties may include but are not limited to:**Key Responsibilities**:* Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining records of received goods.* Rejecting unsatisfactory, damaged, or defected items.* Lifting or moving heavy items* Operating equipment to move or expedite material to proper department or storage location.* Store material in their designated locations after been received in the system.* Examining stocks and distributing materials and supplies in inventory to manufacturing lines.* Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, research inventory discrepancies.* Preparing goods for final shipment and maintaining records of shipped merchandise.* Embrace safety culture.* Participate in audits and 5S program.* Moderate knowledge in continuous improvement activities.* Inform supervisor or lead of work-related problems.* Other duties as assigned.**Minimum Basic Qualifications**:* Must have a minimum of 0-1 years of experience.* Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, excel, word, power point, etc.)* High School DiplomaWork Environment and Physical Demands* Typical warehouse environment* Must be able to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day.* Must be able to frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 60 lbs.* Have full range of motion of the waist and neck.* Have unrestricted use of upper extremities and preform over-head reaching.* Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.* Ability to work in a non- temperature-controlled environment.* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Desired Characteristics:*** Effective communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment*Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
