Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Production Material Handler in Coldwater, MI to support daily manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, staging, and delivering raw materials, components, and finished goods.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels, clean work areas, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Responsibilities include replenishing lines, assisting with cycle counts, and coordinating with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling.
  • HS Graduate or Equivalent required.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Replenish production lines to prevent downtime and keep workflows efficient.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to support accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE use, equipment operation, and hazard reporting.
  • Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized to support 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve material issues or shortages.
