Available Shift

• 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday - Friday)
• Overtime voluntary

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation, with transparency in pay practices. The estimated hourly base pay is $19.60. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to criteria.

The Material Handler – Basic is responsible for transporting materials using a tugger, utilizing trigger cards and internal applications to notify stock needs, and completing forklift training for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a tugger to deliver materials within the facility.
• Identify material needs using trigger cards and applications.
• Complete forklift certification and testing.
• Review job orders and drawings to determine needed parts.
• Utilize Oracle ERP for inventory details.
• Meet targets, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Follow company policies and work with mentors for feedback.
• Other assigned duties.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• At least 1 year of experience in material handling or related role.
• 1+ years of forklift driving with a safe record.
• Ability to operate electric forklifts indoors and outdoors.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Follow health, safety, and environment procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
