Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler 2 in Peachtree Corners, GA to support Production operations, including Sustaining and NPI. This intermediate role focuses on basic material handling, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and order fulfillment to keep manufacturing moving.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience or 2–4 years external, and be familiar with MS Office, SAP, Agile, and WMS. High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 1–2 years of related experience at Intuitive, or 2–4 years external experience.
• Experience and/or certification in operating material-handling equipment.
• Ability to adhere to attendance, safety, quality, and performance guidelines.
• Experience with computer systems (MS Office, SAP, Agile, WMS) is preferred.
• Inventory control experience (cycle counting, physical inventories).

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, physically and systemically, for production operations and engineering projects.
• Put away parts to designated storage locations using FIFO where applicable.
• Execute replenishment for designated production lines and drive STO/ cross-divisional replenishment.
• Process material movement transactions and inventory counts in the WMS.
• Support Sales Order Fulfillment and Stock Transfer Orders as needed.
• Maintain 5S and general warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance.
