Your Role:
A Material Handler II is responsible for the daily performance of the warehouse processes assigned by Management and responsible for assisting the other Material Handlers on the warehouse team. The employee will assure optimum performance by maintaining full compliance with operating instructions, Company policies, and procedures as well as assuring the safe and environmentally compliant operation of the warehouse processes. The Material Handler II will assist Management in establishing performance, job skill, environmental and safety expectations for their areas of responsibility within the Warehouse Department. The Material Handler II will also have the responsibility, when assigned by Management, to oversee any on-the-job training for the Material Handler I and Material Handler II classifications.
