Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to maintain stock levels, organize materials, and support production workflows at our Georgia facility. The role involves receiving, locating, and shipping materials, while ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling of inventory.

The position requires at least 1 year in inventory control, HS diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of inventory control experience.
• Able to pass safety training and follow procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic math and data entry proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials in stock and recording locations.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory by delivering/opening materials at work centers.
• Document materials disposition by recording units delivered and locations.
• Receive credit-return material by verifying codes, lot numbers and quantities and placing stock.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by packing, crating, loading and securing product.
• Document product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Maintain material-handling equipment via pre-use inspections and minor repairs.
• Contribute to team goals by completing related tasks as needed.

Position Summary

Maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies and staging finished product.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock and recording location of inventory.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Receives credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity and placing materials in stock.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies

Position Qualifications

• Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience with inventory control.
• Exposure to safety management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
