Available Shift

• 1st shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Overtime as needed

Compensation

The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is in the JOB INFO section below. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria.

Join Our Team as a Receiving Specialist!

In this job you will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of S&C parts and components. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous production activity, meet requirements within time constraints, and be held accountable for the quality of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and delivering materials of various dimensions to multiple assembly stations.
• Delivering inventory to set storage locations and shelf storage.
• Using a computer and programs such as Oracle and MS Office.
• Performing the necessary record keeping so that parts may be retrieved in a timely fashion.
• Loading and unloading trucks with containers of various shapes and sizes.
• Performing mechanical assembly and inspection using torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and tape measures.
• Performing mechanical assemblies on various S&C products ranging from small to large assemblies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Receiving/shipping skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus.
• Ability to analyze inventory and job order information from a mainframe-based MRP system.
• Ability to use basic shop math and measuring tools such as tape measures.
• Ability to use air impact tools and other hand-held tools.
• Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures and read assembly prints.
