Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler for our Mocksville, NC door manufacturing facility. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm EST with a wage of $18/hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities include picking and staging items at loading docks, operating a forklift and order picker, using a handheld scanner, and separating damaged items for reclaim/RTV. Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
• Six months to one year related experience

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the loading dock location
• Use of a forklift and order picker will be required
• Use of hand-held scanner to locate items and move them to appropriate dock door
• Move any damaged or non-conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or RTV
