Job summary

Engineering Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Material Handler for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday) in Wisconsin. You will support shop teams with receiving, shipping, and material handling, loading/unloading materials, organizing inventory, and preparing kits by project.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills (Outlook), and prior shipping/receiving experience; the role offers a strong benefits package and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other work locations.
• Demonstrate computer literacy, to include use of Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping or bracing to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Organize and store received inventory in appropriate areas.
• Delivers materials to the proper inventory location, department, or personnel.
• Select materials from inventory to prepare kits by project, ensuring kit is complete and contains correct materials.
• Assembles crates to be used for shipping and compress cardboard for recycling purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.
