Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Ideal-Tridon is looking for a Material Handler to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of stand-up forklift experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Deliver parts to and from assembly stations & in-process storage

Operate stand-up forklifts (reach trucks, order pickers, counterbalances) safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Process orders accurately using RF scanners & shipping software

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail & inventory accuracy

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Basic computer proficiency
