Job summary

Award Staffing is seeking a Material Handler in Roseville, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering materials, supporting Lean/5S initiatives, and ensuring timely material management within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience with forklifts and pallet jacks, meet physical requirements, and be able to learn about the company's products. Benefits include eligible paid holidays, sick time accrual, and a 401k with company match.

About the Opportunity

• Job Title: Material Handler
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Roseville, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks, and tugger.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver materials for customer orders to production on a timed, consumption-based delivery within the facility.
• Support and promote Lean/5S continuous improvement and safety standards.
• Utilize appropriate equipment (forklift, tugger, WAV, etc.) to pick, deliver and put away materials.
• Prior material handling experience is preferred.
• Must have the ability to learn Pentair’s products and basic product structures.
