Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a Material Handler in New Hampshire to perform complex material handling tasks, shipping/receiving, storage, and labeling for shipments. You will count inventory, verify receipts and transfers, and operate a lift truck under time constraints while coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work with 2-3 years of related experience preferred; benefits include health plans, PTO, holidays, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must pass Industrial lift Physical & Drug Test.
• Must maintain a valid lift operation license/certification.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials including shipping and receiving.
• Store materials properly and issue/return materials; prepare shipments and labels.
• Verify receipt of product to stores locations and process transfers/returns.
• Conduct inventory/cycle counts and follow packing slip and delivery procedures.
• Operate a lift truck to transport goods within the facility.
• Interact with internal/external associates and truck drivers daily.

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing complex tasks involved in the handling of materials.

• Shipping and receiving materials.

• Storing materials properly in designated areas, following instructions to issue/return materials, returning rejected materials, prepares merchandise for transfer, arranges for pick-ups, loads/unloads of trucks and prepares paperwork and labels for shipments.

• Verifies receipt of product to stores location, store to store transfers, return authorization requests, and completes/verifies computerized transactions.

• Conducts inventory/cycle counts procedures and can follow packing slip and delivery procedures.

• Operates a lift truck to transport goods and material throughout the facility, must have the ability to work under time constraints, multi-tasking and prioritization skills are necessary.

• Also Interacts with internal/external associates and truck drivers/delivery personnel daily.

Pay Rate: $20/hour
