Job Responsibilities:

• Assist work cell operators by moving raw materials in and out of work centers.
• Remove waste products and dispose of them properly.
• Move products to the next process step using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load products onto motor freight as needed.
• Transport completed products to storage or shipping areas.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate work orders for production readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels based on manufacturing demands.
• Perform general clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Pick products from warehouse shelves and floor locations.
• Work safely, wearing all required PPE.
• Participate in safety programs.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with sit-down, propane, and electric forklifts.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks in narrow spaces.
• Basic math and communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and handle heavy items.
• Experience with safety programs and training.
• Reliable and able to work scheduled hours.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse functions and mechanical skills are a plus.
• Team player with good load evaluation skills.
