We have an opportunity for a Material Handler to join our Louisville, KY team. You will demonstrate leadership in achieving production goals, objectives, productivity, and quality targets. The Material Handler supports production operations by managing materials within the Louisville, KY facility, providing support to all production lines and managing inbound/outbound materials. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, and delivery of goods throughout the warehouse.

You will:

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording their locations.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
• Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Document the disposition of materials and supplies by recording units delivered and their locations.
• Receive credit-return materials and supplies from production by verifying codes, lot numbers, and quantities, then placing materials in stock.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience, forklift operation, and use of RF scanners are required.
• Experience in picking/packing environments.
• Willingness and ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, twist at the waist, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are mandatory on the assembly floor.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is $20.00/hr.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
