Responsibilities

IDEMIA is looking for a motivated and experienced Material Handler on 1st shift to join our growing team in assisting the flow of materials to and from our high-volume production floor.

Overview: Perform activities to support production processes by working closely with the scheduling & supervision team to ensure a continuous flow of WIP to meet customer demands.

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure all WIP areas are aligned with the production schedule and maintain FIFO of orders to be processed; return excess WIP to printing for destruction.
• Ensure all staged order batches have correct job jackets & associate paperwork.
• Communicate accurate & correct shift recaps/updates to the scheduling & management team – compare planned versus actual.
• Maintain proper WIP levels and flow management.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol.
• Willing to work overtime as needed to meet market demands.
• Perform related duties as assigned, including running machines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
