Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. in Cullman, AL is seeking a Forklift Driver/Material Handler to support production and shipping/receiving. This 1st shift role (8am-4pm) reports to the Materials Supervisor and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in handling goods.

The position offers weekly pay, quarterly profitability bonuses, ESOP ownership, and strong medical insurance with an on-site wellness facility. No Sunday work. Location: Cullman, AL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate a forklift (sit down).
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed (8-12 hour shifts and/or potential Saturdays).
• Ability to work 1st Shift: 8am-4pm.

Our Material Handlers are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and shares in Royal's values. Based out of our Cullman, AL facility this position reports directly to the Materials Supervisor and supports 1st shift (8am-4pm).
