Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking Temporary Material Handlers for 1st and 2nd shifts at our Oregon facility. These roles support warehouse operations, moving finished products and materials, with opportunities for long-term placement or conversion to full-time.

Key duties include inventory transactions, loading/unloading, keeping areas organized, and adhering to ISO and 5S standards. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, work overtime, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and stand for long periods; fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
• Experience with inventory/warehouse procedures is a plus.
• Knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies; forklift knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions in the system and move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from racks, skids, or carts.
• Maintain organization and inventory within the department.
• Understand and follow ISO standard documents and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area per 5S standards.
• Report safety concerns to Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist in day-to-day department operations as needed.
