Specific Duties: (Included but not limited to)

• Delivery of Materials
• Ensure the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials to maintain continuous operation of equipment.
• Stage materials in the designated area around the appropriate machine in an orderly fashion.
• Load cartons and bags to ensure supply of finished goods cartons.
• Prepare any special materials that may require manual mixing.
• Packaging of Finished Goods
• Package finished products and build palletized loads to customer specifications.
• Monitor and operate automated packaging equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Apply appropriate labels and packaging slips for product identification.
• Remove finished goods pallets to warehouse staging area.
• Handling of Operation Scrap
• Label and remove process-generated scrap to appropriate area.
• Grind plastic components for the purpose of materials reuse.
• Shop floor Management Participation
• Participate in daily team meetings.
• Contribute and implement ideas to improve operational performance.
• Other Duties as Assigned
• Perform miscellaneous projects and data collection tasks.
