Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely transport raw materials, resins, colorants, and finished goods.
• Strong communication with operators and maintenance teams.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office a plus.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused performance.

Responsibilities

• Verify central material handling system operation.
• Supply injection molding machines with correct materials.
• Mix resins and colorants per production specs.
• Complete logs, labels, and inventory records accurately.
• Clean hoppers, dryers, grinders, and filters.
• Identify and resolve material flow or contamination issues.
• Stage materials for incoming shift; maintain system filters.
• Verify incoming materials match order quantities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
