Facilitates fulfillment requisitions, inventory management, receiving, and projects in a fast-paced, challenging, and physically demanding role in accordance with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Operates robotic goods-to-person picking and conveyor automation safely and efficiently. Ensures accurate and timely receipt of materials within the distribution center. Receives inbound freight with precision, meets daily priorities, and communicates/discrepancies. Unloads, receives, and stages inbound materials accurately and efficiently. Utilizes Warehouse Management System (WMS) to document all receiving activities, including Purchase Order (PO) Stock and Non-Stock items. Uses carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items throughout the distribution center. Loads outbound trailers safely to meet dock times. May handle highly confidential documents.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience operating motorized material handling equipment preferred
• Material Handling Certification may be required
• Mandatory overtime on heavy days, possible on-call, weekend coverage, and company vehicle operation
• Standing 100% of the time, with some tasks up to 90% walking
• Long periods of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 20 pounds from waist to head, carry up to 25 pounds
• Push or pull pallets over 800 pounds using manual pallet jacks
