Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented individuals to operate forklifts, cranes or other mobile equipment to load and unload materials within the plant, yard or warehouse.

Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, you’ll join a team that values safety, organization and continuous improvement while delivering quality materials and supporting production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods onto or from pallets, industrial racks, trailers, trucks, etc.
• Transport materials from storage or production areas and place them in designated areas.
• Use lifting devices such as cranes and forklifts to position materials or parts as needed.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

Position Overview

We’re looking for skilled and detail‑oriented individuals to operate forklifts, overhead cranes or other mobile equipment to perform a variety of intermediate and complex activities such as receiving inventory, loading and unloading, as well as staging and moving raw materials and finished goods within or near plant, yard, warehouse or work site.
