Job Description

The Warehouse Team Member performs activities related to the receipt, shipment, movement, manufacture, or control of raw materials, product, recyclable materials, and waste. Operates equipment/machinery when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receives, ships, moves, and controls raw materials, products, recyclables, and waste.
• Operates equipment/machinery as needed and prioritizes work based on customer needs in a team environment.
• Prepares and maintains records and documents.
• Documents raw materials inventories and fosters continuous improvement.
• Integrates Quality Systems into all activities.
• Maintains inventory record accuracy to support manufacturing.
• Responsible for storeroom functions and inventory control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of data collection devices and inventory systems.
• Understanding of transactional data within an MRP system.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and use measuring tools.
• Ability to pass training/licensing requirements if applicable.
• Ability to develop skills at an acceptable rate.
• Mechanical ability and familiarity with hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to maintain documentation related to receipt, transfer, and shipment of products.
• Motivated to support team objectives.
