Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Material Handler in Wilmington, OH to operate a powered forklift and efficiently locate inbound products in the receiving area and related locations within the facility. The role includes stock transfers, pulling Work Orders for the Configuration Lab, and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.

Hours are 1:30pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities across warehouse operations and adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls where applicable.

Overview

Working under direct supervision of the Receiving or Shipping Supervisor, Material Handler operates a powered forklift truck to efficiently and accurately locate all inbound products coming through the receiving department to physical locations in the facility. Additionally, the use of forklifts is necessary to perform the stock transfers inside the four walls of operation, transfer of completed Work Orders leaving the Configuration Lab, as well as the pulling of Work Orders into the Configuration Lab and performing cycle counts on all products in the facility.

Hours for this position are 1:30pm - 10pm Monday - Friday.
Where applicable, this position assures departmental processes are performed in compliance with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stocks inbound products in valid warehouse locations using various forklift trucks.

• Utilizing a forklift truck, handles all requests for interdepartmental transfers of inventory for Value-Add production teams.

• Utilizing a forklift truck, performs schedule cycle counts of all products to validate inventory integrity.
• Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge with ability to operate keyboard for data entry.
• Mechanical/computer proficiency with ability to learn in-house computer applications, Radio Frequency and Scanning equipment.
• Attention to detail in processing, keying, and handling inbound product.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Effective in communicating with co-workers.
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation to take on additional tasks.
• Good safety performance.
