Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC supports the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Team with material handling, warehouse operations, and inventory integrity for the IPV Gen III program.

As a Material Handler on 2nd shift you will receive, break down, and distribute parts, track locations on a Windows tablet, and help keep the depot mission-ready.

The role is on-site at the Warner Robins facility, requires U.S. citizenship, and involves standing for long periods while performing labor-intensive tasks.

Qualifications

• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling in the Local Distribution Center.
• Receive, break down, and distribute material to support depot operations.
• Maintain bench stock locations and perform routine counts.
• Identify and process shelf life items and ESD sensitive devices.
• Provide excellent internal customer service across facilities.

Job description

You will be the Material Handler for the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Team supporting Industrial ProductSupport Vendor (IPV) Gen III program which is responsible for providing warehouse and inventory management services to support maintenance depot operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Material Handler you will be responsible for ensuring the right parts are where they are needed, keeping inventory accurate, and enabling the depot to stay missionready.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Receive, break down, and distribute material from the Local Distribution Center.
• Sort and place material into designated Bench Stock Locations (BSL) and perform inventory using a Windows tablet.

Position is 2nd shift, with standard hours being: 2:00pm - 10:30pm.

Position is labor intensive, and selected candidate will be on their feet a majority of the shift.
