Summary:

This is an entry-level position within the Xerox Manufacturing Industrial Workforce, with opportunities for growth upon successful completion of qualifying exams. Location: Webster, NY.

Pay rates:

• Shift A (6:30am - 3:00pm): $20.00/hr
• Shift B (2:30pm - 11:00pm): $21.00/hr (includes $1.00 shift differential)
• Shift C (10:30pm - 7:00am, Sun-Thu): $21.25/hr (includes $1.25 shift differential)

Responsibilities:

• Setup, operate, and adjust automated filling and packaging equipment for toner packaging, including filling systems, robots, case packers, and labelers.
• Load bottles onto automated lines, inspecting for quality and correct parts.
• Maintain production pace to meet goals.
• Monitor product quality through sampling, visual inspection, weighing, and interfacing with QA lab.
• Use computer systems for troubleshooting and data recording.
• Perform changeovers between products, excluding maintenance tasks.
• Record production data manually or electronically.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues and reduce downtime.
• Handle, monitor, and label inventory.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• Experience with pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Comfort working with semi-automated and automated devices, including robots.
• Ability to work on stairs and elevated platforms.
• Proficiency with computer screens for logging and procedures.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks sitting or standing for long periods.
