Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking an onsite Inventory Associate to support warehouse operations at Spicewood, TX. You will process orders, verify incoming shipments, and coordinate packing, labeling, and shipping of stock and non-stock items.

The role requires forklift certification and a valid Texas driver license, with 1–2 years in inventory-related roles preferred. You'll help maintain inventory accuracy, support purchasing records, and collaborate with Finance on forecasts while ensuring safe

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, receiving, or related field preferred.
  • Forklift Operator Certification required.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with clean record at time of hire.
  • Ability to learn inventory systems, scanners and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Process inventory orders, stock requests, transfers, and receipts.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against POs and packing slips.
  • Pick, package, label, ship and coordinate distribution of stock and non-stock items.
  • Maintain organized stock locations and address delivery issues.

  • Operate warehouse equipment and perform physical inventory duties.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
  • Process inventory orders, stock requests, transfers, adjustments, and receipt transactions within the inventory management system.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, ensuring accuracy and rejecting damaged or incorrect items.
  • Pick, stage, package, label, ship, deliver, and coordinate distribution of stock and non-stock orders, including departmental requests, vendor returns, and outgoing packages.
  • Maintain inventory organization by restocking shelves, managing stock locations, troubleshooting delivery issues, and overseeing returns.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation, and collaborate with department leaders and Finance on inventory forecasting and supply needs.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as certified), utilize inventory software and barcode scanners, perform physical inventory duties, and complete other responsibilities as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in inventory, warehouse, purchasing, receiving, or a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record required at time of hire.
  • Forklift Operator Certification required.
  • Ability to learn and utilize inventory management systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, and transport materials as needed.
