Job summary

Canyon Ranch is hiring for a full-time maintenance role at our Canyon Ranch Austin campus in the Texas Hill Country. The position involves hands-on upkeep of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and HVAC systems, with emphasis on repairs, safety, and guest comfort.

Responsibilities include maintaining doors, cabinetry, pool areas, lighting, and painting, along with flexible scheduling and adherence to Canyon Ranch standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch standards of excellence, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; able to work independently, under pressure, with flexible schedules, and in compliance with safety regulations.

• Replace lighting bulbs regularly and perform occasional fixture or ballast repairs.
• Perform painting, roofing, and other job-related maintenance tasks as assigned.
