Job summary

ABB is seeking a Material Handler reporting to the Internal Logistics Supervisor on the 2nd shift. You will manage the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse, sorting and arranging material for storage and supporting production lines as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, with forklift experience preferred. On-site role with potential for growth within ABB Smart Power.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience operating industrial vehicles such as forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and arrange material for storage according to guidelines.
  • Pick components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.
  • Transport boxes and manage warehouse activities including collection and storage.
