Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Material Handler to support the production of microwave and RF technologies for aerospace, defense, and space applications. You will receive, stock, and move materials, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, is skilled with MS Word/Excel, and has experience with MRP systems and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with fragile electronic components.
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency required.
  • MRP system experience required.
  • Manufacturing experience (5+ years) required.
  • Stockroom or inventory control experience (1+ year) required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds and occasional overtime and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Pull microchips and other sensitive materials for production kits using microscopes and precision tools.
  • Supply materials to manufacturing teams and fulfill production requests.
  • Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records.
  • Receive, stock, package, and store raw materials and subassemblies.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities.
  • Replenish inventory and help resolve material shortages.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Process raw material orders and maintain inventory availability.
  • Support internal customers with timely and accurate material requests.
  • Follow inventory control and material handling procedures to prevent product damage.

Job Description
