Position Overview

Cold Solutions is seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to join its growing warehouse team in Liberty, Missouri. This position involves moving, handling, organizing, and preparing products throughout a temperature-controlled distribution facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments and able to stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, storing, staging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and designated storage areas.
• Verify product quantities and assist with material movement.
• Operate material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
• Follow all workplace safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

Work Environment

This is a cold-storage warehouse with multiple temperature-controlled areas:Dry Storage: Approximately 58°FCooler: 24–36°FFreezer: 0–4°FBlast Freezer: Approximately -25°F (under development)Employees may be assigned to different temperature zones depending on operational needs. Cold-Weather Gear: Cold Solutions provides coats, bibs, hats, and gloves. Employees are responsible for providing appropriate clothing layers and their own steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes.
