Job summary

Pacur is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to move materials on the production floor and in the warehouse. You will operate a sit-down forklift, monitor line material levels, and stage finished goods in correct locations.

The role requires reading and following written instructions, prior forklift experience in a manufacturing setting, and a commitment to safe, efficient operations. A valid forklift license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and execute written instructions.
• Prior experience driving a sit-down forklift in a production environment.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a sit-down forklift in production and warehouse spaces.
• Monitor material levels on the production lines - replenish as needed.
• Promptly respond to calls from production line operators.
• Remove finished product from the production lines and stage in correct warehouse locations.
• Assist in adjusting roll position on pallets (roll tipping).
• Accurately complete transactions within the warehouse management system.
• Measure and cut cores to be used on the production lines.
• Provide back-up coverage for shipping and receiving team mates.
• Safely operate stretch wrapper.
• Assist in cycle counting.

At Pacur, our Material Handlers are responsible for the movement of materials (raw, in process, and finished) within the production floor and warehouse.Shift: Material Handlers work a rotating 12-hour shift. 7:00AM to 7:00PM and 7:00PM to 7:00AM.
