Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background screening and a 10-panel drug screening.
  • Ability to provide 7 years of employment history upon request.

Job description

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler
Pay Range:
Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
What's the Job?
  • Accept incoming goods and compare them with shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming items for visible damage and document findings as needed.
  • Operate transport equipment such as hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Record relevant data into data processing systems for inventory management.
  • Organize storage, assembly, and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and routines in material handling and inventory management.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate required.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background screening and a 10-panel drug screening.
  • Ability to provide 7 years of employment history upon request.
