Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate at the Central Islip CDC-CISL location. You will play a key role in moving and prepping furniture from the loading zone through to customer delivery, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process.

The role offers a wage range of $17–$24 per hour with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan. Join a team focused on safety, development, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture from trailers and stock areas, starting from entry to loading.
• Bin and prepare furniture items and set up dining tables for assembly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support customer experiences.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.
