Job summary

Enovis in Boonton, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and shipping, inventory auditing, and stocking shelves. The role reports to Inventory Control Manager within Revenue Cycle Management and requires practical experience in warehouse logistics.

You will work in a typical warehouse environment, lift up to 60 pounds, and participate in cycle counts and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse logistics and/or inventory management experience.
• Experience providing operational support to a commercial sales team required.
• Experience with TIMS or comparable data ordering system strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud order management system strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies between packing slips and actual receipts.
• Prepare daily outbound shipments.
• Stock all inbound shipments.
• Process and select all orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with daily inventory cycle counts and company-wide physical inventories.
• Oversee inventory warehouse orders, shipments, transfers to accounts, and overstock returns.
• Create and manage vendor purchase orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
• Oversee warehouse supply inventory and replenishment activities, ensuring business continuity with the Inventory Control Manager.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by Enovis.
• Acquire a basic understanding of regulatory compliance issues and adhere to guidelines.
• Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program and related codes and regulations.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including, but not limited to, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking and auditing inventory, stocking shelves, and performing general warehouse maintenance tasks.

• Oversees warehouse supply inventory and replenishment activities, ensuring business continuity working with the Inventory Control Manager on controlling c-osts.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by Enovis.
• Acquires a basic understanding of the field to include regulatory compliance issues and adheres to these guidelines.
• Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of warehouse logistics and/or inventory management experience required.
• Experience providing operational support to a commercial sales team required.
• Experience with TIMS or comparable data ordering system strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud order management system strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Deskwork requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer.
