How You Will Contribute

This full-time position involves performing shipping functions for freight and materials, maintaining accurate records of receipts and returns, and ensuring smooth production flow. Your discipline and attitude are key to success in this role.

• Deliver materials to designated work areas.
• Pull carts prior to truck builds.
• Return parts from carts after QC and update inventory.
• Process yellow tags and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Handle medium to heavy weights using forklifts and hand trucks.
• Assist in shipping, warehouse, or storage as needed.
• Participate in annual physical inventory.
• Schedule LTL shipments and manage outgoing UPS shipments.
• Address shop floor flags and perform backup duties for all shipping activities.
• Process rejected materials per IRM procedures.

What This Role Needs

• Ability to improve warehouse and receiving processes for cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Maintain an orderly workspace through the 5-S system.

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, lifting, standing, and exposure to noise and welding fumes.
