Job summary

Superior Industries in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support our production and internal teams. You will load, unload, and pull parts, maintain yard organization, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

This day shift runs 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday with benefits including weekly pay, health plans, PTO, 401(k) with 5% match, boot and helmet reimbursements, and spot bonuses.

• Material & Yard Management: load, unload, and pull parts/materials; load pallets and maintain inventory control.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection: check in materials and track heat numbers.
• Facility Upkeep: keep yard and materials area clean and organized.
• Safety First: operate equipment safely following regulations and procedures.
• General Support: perform other duties as needed to help the team.

Job description

This role is crucial to ensuring a well-organized yard and efficient material handling operations. As a Material Handler, you'll play a key part in maintaining a clean and safe workspace while supporting various production activities. Key Responsibilities

• Material & Yard Management: Deliver a "WOW" experience to your internal customers by accurately and efficiently loading, unloading, and pulling parts/materials. You will also load pallets onto the pallet trailer and maintain strict inventory control.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection: Check in new materials, perform thickness testing of plate steel, and accurately track heat numbers.
• Facility Upkeep: Keep the yard, materials area, and the exterior of the building clean and highly organized.
• Safety First: Operate all equipment in a 100% safe manner, strictly following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures.
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
