Job summary

Maval Industries LLC in Maple Heights, Ohio, is seeking a Material Handler to help move, store, and ship materials and finished goods. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and internal material flow using powered equipment and a warehouse management system.

You will operate forklifts, scan with RF devices, prepare pallets, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment while following all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and moving product safely within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain inventory records.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, move, and put away materials and finished goods using a forklift.
• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift.
• Wrap pallets and verify that products match shipping paperwork and order documentation.
• Pull finished goods for customer shipments and stage them for loading.
• Move materials from staging areas to warehouse storage or designated manufacturing locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation using WMS / RF scanning systems.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, equipment operating guidelines, and company policies.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.

Position Summary

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and internal material flow using powered industrial equipment and warehouse management systems.
