Position Summary:

Perform duties in the Assembly and Stock Room Departments to meet performance goals. The primary function involves moving materials from the Order Consolidation Zones to Assembly Areas, staging materials according to manufacturing order priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and orders to designated areas, familiar with part numbering and identification.
• Use measuring, weighing, counting equipment, computers, and handling tools.
• Follow all safety rules and conduct safety audits.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
• Prepare and stage materials per orders and schedules, supporting continuous workflow.
• Keep inventory organized, consolidated, and easily identifiable.
• Support assembly line by ensuring materials are staged and supplied efficiently.
• Assist with skidding and indirect functions as needed.
• Maintain Kanban inventory shelves, organize bins, and process parts to destinations.
• Update inventory records using CI_LOG, consolidate inventory physically and digitally, and understand CI_LOG fundamentals.
• Build skids for various assembly areas as needed.
