Job summary

FORTNA is hiring for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on shipping/receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the WMS. Candidates should have forklift experience, ability to read a tape measure, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include palletizing, counts verification, and data entry. The job emphasizes safety and teamwork, with potential to perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of one-year experience operating a forklift.

• Shipping and Receiving experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• HS Diploma or GED

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Two years of experience in IQMS WMS, preferred

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screen

Shift:

1st shift

• The base hourly rate for this role is $19.00.
