At QA1, we’re looking for a dedicated Material Handler to join our Lakeville, Minnesota team and become an essential part of our operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries—making an impact on everything from customer shipments to inventory management. If you are safety conscious, quality-driven, and have a strong track record of reliability, we’d love to hear from you!

What You Will Do

• Responsible for pulling orders for customer shipments.
• Responsible for packaging out bound customer shipments.
• Responsible for processing customer order paperwork.
• Responsible for pulling orders for internal job orders.
• Breaks down pallets of incoming inventory.
• Move inventory within the warehouse accurately.
• Label all inventory properly.
• Create accurate inventory transactions in ERP system.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes.
• Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks on the pickers and forklifts.
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1.
  
  

The Critical Skills And Experience You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least age 18.
• At least 1-year solid work experience in similar capacity.
• At least 1-year prior forklift operator experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Person people want to work with.
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading and English communication skills.
• Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including extended standing 8-10 hours a day with occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 60 lbs.
