Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Material Handler for our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing facility. You will operate forklifts, ride-on scrubbers, move materials, assist the production line, and perform basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 30 lbs, reliability, and strict adherence to safety rules. Shifts available: 1st and 2nd. On-the-job training is provided, with a focus on safe, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Auto Scrubber experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and sustain physical activity.
• Strong stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Ability to follow schedules and show reliability.
• Professional conduct and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move goods in warehouses and other sites.
• Operate the Riding Auto Scrubber to clean floors and surfaces.
• Keep aisles clear by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Empty waste and recycled bins.
• Assist with the production line as needed.
• Assist with janitorial cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Load and unload materials from vehicles.
• Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.

We are looking for you to:

• Operate forklifts and move goods around warehouses and other industrial sites
• Operate the Riding Auto Scrubber to clean the floors and surface areas.
• Ensure aisles remain clear by cleaning and sweeping the floor and removing empty pallets, loose cardboard boxes, and various types of debris.
• Empty waste and recycled bins
• Assist with the production line as needed.
• Assist with janitorial cleaning responsibilities such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Loading and unloading materials from various vehicles
• Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Following written instructions and keeping records
• Adhering to health and safety regulations

Qualifications
