Allegiance Industries is hiring a Material Handler to support our manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves operating forklifts and riding auto scrubbers to keep warehouse floors clean and safe, while maintaining clear aisles and keeping records.

You will assist with production line tasks and cleaning duties, and perform routine equipment checks in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and auto scrubber experience required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Good safety awareness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and move goods around warehouses and industrial sites.
• Ride the Auto Scrubber to clean floors and surfaces.
• Keep aisles clear by sweeping floors and removing debris and pallets.
• Empty waste and recycling bins and load/unload materials from vehicles.
• Assist with the production line and janitorial duties as needed.
• Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow written instructions and keep records; adhere to safety regulations.
